Despite the early reports on Sunday, it seems as if Takers won the weekend box office race, not The Last Exorcism. On the weekend, when the box office report was released, it looked as if The Last Exorcism had just slid past Takers to take the #1 spot. Now that all the numbers are in, it seems as if Takers was the true winner.
Which actors make the most for movie studios? It’s an interesting question and Forbes now has the answer. They’ve compiled a list where they took the top 36 earners in Hollywood with the following criteria:
Chef Raekwon of the Wu-Tang Clan, Kanye West and his only friend on twitter, Justin Bieber have released a remix to the song Runaway Love.
If we didn’t think Kanye was taking over before, we do now.
Kanye had just made his first addition to Good Fridays, his mandate to release a new song every Friday until Christmas. But Kanye, today is Monday? Who cares, I’m not complaining. Read about his plans for world domination here.
Oh Ari, when will you learn? With the season just about to end, it looks like things aren’t going to end well for anyone, well except maybe Drama. Chef Raekwon has dropped a trailer for the upcoming ‘Ason Jones’ video which will be featured in the Gold edition of Only Built for Cuban Linx Part II.
The video is a dedication to who many consider to be the heart and soul of Wu-Tang Clan, a man who went by many names: the Ol’ Dirty Bastard, Ason Jones, Dirt McGirt or just ODB.
Kanye season has arrived and by the looks of it, it is going to be a long, illustrious reign for the misunderstood rapper.
The buzz surrounding his every move is deafening. And with his promise to release a new song every Friday until Christmas, music fans are rejoicing.
The Tupac movie, which has been rumored for years, is finally coming to fruition.
The film, which will be directed by Antoine Fuqua (Training Day), will focus on the rapper’s final day. No word yet on who will play the famed rapper.
In an all too familiar fashion, we get yet another PG-13 exorcism movie revolving around a young girl in a, yup you guessed it, white gown, who is believed to be possessed by a demon. If that didn’t elicit a yawn then wait, there’s more. Director Daniel Stamm attempts to spice things up by shooting the whole thing documentary style. What we have here folks is a recipe for disaster.
According to John Cusack’s latest tweet, he will be playing the classic author, Edgar Allen Poe, in the Raven.
“Officiali- will play edgar allen poe in fall-a-film called the raven, send any poe- gold – my way as i begin this journey into the abyss,” Cusack tweeted.
