One of the summer’s best action films will be hitting Blu-Ray on October 4th. Fast Five will speed into stores this fall in a 2:35:1 aspect ratio with DTS HD Master Audio 5.1 sound. The disc will also feature an extended edition.
Paul Walker, Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Tyrese Gibson, Jordana Brewster, Ludacris and Sung Kang star in this high octane thrill ride that continues the Fast and Furious series.
It’s not only the best film of the series thus far but it was also one of the most enjoyable films that I’ve seen all summer. The action was fantastic and the last set piece with the car chase through the streets of Brazil was phenomenal.
I really didn’t expect to like this one as I’ve never been a fan of the series but I must say, I was very impressed and I can’t wait to add this one to my Blu-Ray collection.
