To celebrate Bastille Day, Ubisoft has released another beautiful-looking trailer for Assassin’s Creed: Unity. However, it’s rather short and won’t set the world on fire, due to its lack of notably new content.

Referred to as a gameplay trailer, this most recent advertisement doesn’t exactly feel like one, and isn’t what one would normally expect after reading that description. There are moments of visceral, action-packed and parkour-based gameplay, but nothing revolutionary or incredibly new. Still, that’s not to say that this new look isn’t appreciated, or that it’s a waste. After all, it is beautiful and does a good job of adding intrigue to one of the year’s most anticipated games.

Assassin’s Creed: Unity — the series’ first next-gen focused, and co-op inclusive offering — will be released on October 28. You can pre-order it now if you wish, and will be given access to retailer-specific pre-order bonuses if you do so.
