Square Enix has revealed that British-born actress Camilla Luddington is the voice and motion-capture actor for Lara Croft in the upcoming Tomb Raider game.

Luddington, 29, has most recently played Kate Middleton in the TV movie William & Kate, portrayed Lizzie in Californication, and will appear in the fifth season of True Blood as Claudette.

She will hold the distinction as being the first actress to do both the voice and motion capture work for Lara Croft in a Tomb Raider game. Previous Lara actresses Keeley Hawes and Minnie Driver only provided voice work for the character.

Tomb Raider is currently scheduled to launch on March 5, 2013 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Mistake….should be Jennifer Lawrence, she was made for the part.

Plow, you can’t be “born” for a role or for anything. Even in the most strictest sense of a religious aspect because we are, in life, only what we make of ourselves. With this, we can argue against so-called destiny. Even if that was intended as a metaphor, which I highly doubt it though tends to be what most people revert to when facing a rant or something, it’s a stupid metaphor and in no way whatsoever actually attempts to persuade others your simply stated opinion.
