As the leader of Egypt, Cleopatra will have a few resources at her disposal, making her a valuable ally should you choose to form an alliance with her. Most notably, her control over the Nile River not only grants her access to a nearby water source for use in growing crops and other resources, but provides her valuable trade routes that can be used to access nearby domains.

Aside from the resources her kingdom provides from a geographical standpoint, Cleopatra also has access to unique units. The Maryannu Chariot Archer is an elite unit in the Egyptian army that excels at long-range combat, though has trouble navigating certain types of terrain. Cleopatra also has the Sphinx at her disposal; a mythical creature that is comprised of a human’s head atop a lion’s body.

Sid Meier’s Civilization VI is set to release later this year on October 21, exclusively on PC. Until then, you can check out the trailer for Cleopatra above.
