64 mins? Seriously!? Come on guys! That was the main prob with the last episode.

    Good confident commentaries though :)

I disagree with the Sony HD releases in that it sounds to me like you guys are saying they stopped including the PS2 hardware in the PS3 so they could resell PS2 games. I think it was just a happy coincidence. And the simple fact is Nintendo has been doing this since the Gamecube. Its a pretty common thing to happen. I somehow doubt Sony makes a ton of money on these HD updates as they only cost $10 or $20 more than what it would cost to procure the original versions. And Nintendo and Square Enix have shown me in the past, it is massively enjoyable to play these re-releases especially when they’re good games. I’m also excited about this possibility of the Halo: Combat Evolved update, especially if it brings those old multiplayer maps to the Reach multiplayer.

In terms of the Sony Move and pricing, I think you’re missing what audience Sony is selling to. Sony wants the hardcore crowd that bought a Wii. Microsoft wants Nintendo’s family crowd. The hardcore crowd will need a hard drive, the Wii crowd will not.

Anyway, I’ve enjoyed these episodes I’ve heard. The length makes it easy to fit in my with already cluttered weekly podcast listening.
