I really have to give credit to Namco Bandai with how well they’ve handled this. The usual response to an online petition is a quip on how hard it is to hear from on top of a pile of money, but Namco Bandi has seemingly held on to ever word. When they recently decided to indeed push Dark Souls to PC, it was originally slated to be exclusive for Games for Windows Live, but after yet another petition they’ve confirmed that Dark Souls: Prepare to Die edition will also be releasing on Steam.
