With Ronda Rousey and Irish champ Conor McGregor a lock for the cover, EA has pinned down EA Sports UFC 2 for a release across Xbox One and PS4 in North America on March 15, before expanding to other nations around the globe on March 17.

Trumpeting the game’s imminent release is a gripping cinematic trailer, featuring the likes of Rousey, McGregor, Jose Aldo and many, many more. Those who wish to pre-order UFC 2 will unlock Bas Rutten, “The Gracie Hunter” Kazushi Sakuraba along with a mystery fighter that is yet to be unveiled. Of the new features included, MMA fans can look forward to a dynamic grappling system, new submission moves, and an improved blocking and parrying system.

Below is a detailed breakdown of the primary features, courtesy of EA.

Physics System: A revolutionary new physics-driven hit reaction and knockout system delivers more visceral, more rewarding, and more authentic KOs than ever before. Every knockout is now unique, and finishing the fight has never been more satisfying.

Dynamic Parrying: For the first time in any MMA game, experience the freedom of independent fighter control in every grappling situation. Simultaneous two-fighter interaction brings the ground game to life with greater responsiveness and variety.

The all-new Training Camp system makes preparing for each fight a balancing act between developing your fighter’s abilities and risking an injury. Throughout your journey encounter career-defining moments that will deliver a heightened atmosphere and put more at stake inside the Octagon.
