Exclusive Video Interview With Insomniac Games On Sunset Overdrive

Without a doubt, Sunset Overdrive is one of my most-anticipated video game releases coming this fall. Courtesy of the brilliant minds over at Insomniac Games (the same people who brought us franchises like Resistance and Ratchet & Clank), this brand new IP boasts an appealing and colourful visual style, some over-the-top gameplay, an exciting co-op mode and boatloads of originality and creativity. Really, it's all I could ever want from an Xbox One exclusive, and I absolutely cannot wait to pick it up when it hits store shelves on October 28th.

Back at E3, I was treated to a lengthy demo of the game and walked away more than impressed with what I saw. So, it was with great excitement that I sat down with Brandon Winfrey from Insomniac Games while attending Microsoft’s X14 event last month to talk about the studio’s upcoming title. Though our time with the developer was brief, we got to discuss with him everything from DLC plans to how the team harnessed the power of the Xbox One to ensure that we get the best experience possible.

Check it all out in the video above and be sure to pick up Sunset Overdrive when it drops at the end of this month.
