Capcom has announced at their Comic Con panel that a remake for Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure is set to release on August 21 on PSN, and August 22 on XBLA.

The remake will retail for 1600 MSP or $19.99 when it releases, and features online multiplayer as well as the choice of original or HD graphics.

Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure was originally released in arcades in 1998, then was released on the original PlayStation in 1999. Soon after, a version of the game was released for the Dreamcast. The game was released by the developers who made Street Fighter III.

The achievements list was also uncovered a few days ago and is available to view for those who don’t mind achievement spoilers.

Are you guys excited to see Capcom remake such a unique fighting game, or is the game a bit too obscure and bizarre for your tastes? Let us know in the comments below.
