Launch Trailer For King’s Quest Chapter 3 Released

The release schedule for Sierra and The Odd Gentlemen's episodic King's Quest reboot still has been a bit too drawn out for my liking, but we're now one step closer to getting the full package, as the third installment, Once Upon a Climb, is now available to download on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC.

Continuing to chronicle the life and adventures of King Graham, this latest chapter follows the hero as he embarks on a quest to find his true love, only to encounter two possible candidates and many obstacles in the process. Judging by the launch trailer above, players can expect to encounter characters both new and old, along with more narration from an elderly Graham voiced by Christopher Lloyd.

My review for the game’s first chapter was generally positive, but its follow-up made a lot more mistakes. This trailer gives me the impression that Chapter 3 will return to the more open-ended and colorful style of before, so here’s hoping for an enjoyable adventure game experience.

We’ll have a review for Once Upon a Climb up very soon, and will continue to post more King’s Quest news as it drops, so stay tuned!
