In tandem with the trailer above, Nintendo also revealed an all-new Wii U board game called Animal Crossing: Amiibo Festival. As the title suggests, the game itself will incorporate the company’s range of NFC-powered figurines, and it’s understood Nintendo is manufacturing four Amiibo characters to coincide with the title’s release this holiday season. Those personas in question are Isabelle, Tom Nook, KK Slider and Mabel.

Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer, on the other hand, will launch exclusively for Nintendo 3DS on September 25, 2015.
