After word escaped the confinements of Thedas just yesterday, BioWare has revealed that Jaws of Hakkon, the maiden single-player expansion for Dragon Age: Inquisition, is now available to download on Xbox One and PC.

Priced at $14.99, the story-centric DLC weighs in at around 1.5GB and will have players venturing back into the studio’s fantastical realm all in a bid to topple an ancient beast hellbent on bringing Thedas to its knees.

“In this new adventure, playable within the Dragon Age: Inquisition campaign, you will face powerful foes, gain legendary armor and weapons, and confront an ancient god of war bent on destroying the world.”

It’s all a bit run of the mill, really, but the description over on Xbox Live Marketplace points to the expansion revolving around the last Inquisitor in some capacity, as budding explorers look to piece together a missing chapter in the land’s bloody history. As we reported yesterday, the DLC will boast four unique achievements for players to work toward, with everything from earning the respect of Avvar warriors to destroying a powerful behemoth lining your to-do list.

From what we understand, Jaws of Hakkon is a timed exclusive for Xbox One and PC, with nary a mention of a release on PlayStation 4. Moreover, it’s unclear how long the DLC will remain on these two platforms before arriving elsewhere. Whatever the case, we’ll keep you right up to date as we learn more.

Dragon Age: Inquisition‘s maiden expansion, Jaws of Hakkon, is available today on Xbox One and PC.
