Alongside the trailer is word of The Division‘s forthcoming beta, and the French publisher noted that Xbox One owners will get exclusive access to the early bout of testing this December. Still no word on a specific release date for the long-gestating title, though all signs point to it arriving within Q1, 2016. In fact, it’s still unclear whether this beta will be an opened or closed affair, but we’re sure that Ubisoft will offer up more details about the testing phase in the weeks to come.

Originally revealed in 2013, we understand that Ubisoft’s The Division has been in development for close to five years at this point in time, though going off of the deep gameplay and crisp visuals on display – powered by the company’s in-house SnowDrop game engine – we’re excited to see Ubi’s rendition of a fallen Big Apple when it finally launches for PS4, Xbox One and PC.

What do you think of The Division‘s latest gameplay clip? Indeed, are you excited for the December beta on Xbox One? Let us know in the comments.
