They are, in no particular order, Bloc, Countdown, Pipeline, Showdown, Strike, and Wet Work, all of which featured in the 2007 original. Initially, Modern Warfare Remastered launched with a total of 10 maps, at which time Infinity Ward vowed to release the few remaining multiplayer arenas before the year’s end. It seems fans have had their patience rewarded, as the December 13 update will not only complete the collection, but there’s also mention of the remastered Winter Crash map, which you can see below.

What’s more, expect that content update to herald the addition of the Hardpoint and Gun Game modes, while a new, 24/7 playlist kicks off on December 20. It’ll run throughout the course of the holidays, with further information expected to be shared some time next week.

Switching gears to Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, it’s understood the festive season will play host to a 12 Days of Winter promotion, opening up scores of Key bonuses and winter-themed personalization items for players. Look for that one to begin on December 21 and continue all the way through until January 21.

‘Tis the season for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, it seems. You can catch a sneak peek of the Winter Crash map below, and be sure to stay tuned for further updates regarding the shooter’s 24/7 playlist.
