PlayStation Store Critic’s Choice Sale Knocks Up To 70% Off Selected Titles

As if you didn't already have your hands full with the likes of Nioh and the upcoming Horizon Zero Dawn, Sony has just kicked off its latest PlayStation Store sale for a wealth of titles. If your backlog is already a mounting pile of games, expect it to get a whole lot bigger - some of these are too cheap to pass up on. Up to 60% is being knocked off the usual asking price of a majority of the games selected for the sale, with PS Plus members gifted an additional 10% off.

As if you didn’t already have your hands full with the likes of Nioh and the upcoming Horizon Zero Dawn, Sony has just kicked off its latest PlayStation Store sale for a wealth of titles. If your backlog is already a mounting pile of games, expect it to get a whole lot bigger – some of these are too cheap to pass up on. Up to 60% is being knocked off the usual asking price of a majority of the games selected for the sale, with PS Plus members gifted an additional 10% off.

Given the colossal size of the list, there should be something in the bargain bin for every genre fan, although shooter aficionados while likely get the most benefit out of the promotion, with Destiny: The Collection, DOOM, Overwatch and Titanfall 2 all having varying amounts of money wiped off the usual asking price.

The big names representing other tastes include The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (and its DLC), Fallout 4, Dishonored 2 and Street Fighter V, the latter of which can be nabbed for just $20, with the beat ’em up’s Season 1 character pass also discounted at $10. At $30 for the base game and all available characters minus Akuma and the upcoming Kolin, it’s a deal worth every penny, if you’re a fan of Capcom fighters, at least. NetherRealm’s Mortal Kombat XL is on sale for the same price as well if you prefer your little more gore in your rough and tumble.

There’s a whole lot more included in the sale not mentioned here, but you can go ahead and peruse the list for yourselves over on the PlayStation Blog post. The so-called Critic’s Choice sale ends next week, February 28 at 8 am PST/11 am EST, so don’t wait too long to decide what you’re buying.
