Gotta catch 'em all? Pokemon Conquest will be hitting stores in the US on June 18 for the Nintendo DS (oddly, not the 3DS).


Gotta catch ’em all? Pokemon Conquest will be hitting stores in the US on June 18 for the Nintendo DS (oddly, not the 3DS). The game combines the turn-based strategy RPG series Nobunaga’s Ambition with the popular pocket monsters.

In Pokemon Conquest you play as a Warlord, building bonds with your Pokemon and battling other Warriors and Warlords in order to unite the Ransei region. Those bored of the current Pokemon format may be enticed back with Pokemon Conquest, since the combination of the two series is an odd one.
