It has been revealed on the US Playstation Blog that subscribers will soon be given a free download of the MMORPG, DC Universe Online, with the blog seeming to hint at the download being available over the holiday period. Fans will be given the chance to create their own super hero or super villain and get a taste of Jim Lee’s vision of the DC world.
No solid information is given on the date of the beta but the blog does promise firmer details will be released soon. There also has yet to be confirmation on whether the beta will be available outside of North America which has left some European gamers worried. We will bring you the details on that and the date of the beta as soon as it’s revealed. Same Bat Place, same bat time, same bat website! (Sorry.)
