After receiving phenomenal critical acclaim after the release of Rayman Origins, Ubisoft has decided to announce its next platforming project. Conveniently, it also concerns the limb-less wonder that we all know and love, as Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc will be ported to XBLA and PSN. Releasing during the spring of 2012, the game will be receiving a second release after originally appearing on PS2 and Xbox.

According to a representative close to the project, Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc will be receiving an “all-new high definition makeover.” It will also be “updated to run at 60 frames per second and offers improved audio quality.” Those are the only notable changes, as the team will focus on the technical side of things for the most part.
