Respawn Entertainment has finally unveiled Titanfall at Microsoft’s Xbox One E3 2013 press conference.

Vince Zampalla, CEO of Respawn Entertainment, revealed that the game will take advantage of Xbox One’s cloud servers to provide possibilities that weren’t available on previous consoles. He also said that it will “define what this generation of gaming has to offer beyond just hardware.”

A gameplay demo was shown too, giving us our first look at the Xbox One exclusive, futuristic shooter. Boasting some impressive visuals, we get a glimpse at what appears to be a war setting with a soldier fighting some mechs. It looks pretty cool but definitely not as impressive as the Battlefield 4 footage that was shown before it.

The game will be completely multiplayer focused and will give you the ability to switch between “assault pilots and 24-foot tall mechs” during battle. Game director Steve Fukuda said that the combat “places equal emphasis on two drastically different and new ways to move and fight” in an FPS title.
