Always one to please their fans, Atlus has announced a special bonus for those who either pre-order Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2 Record Breaker or purchase a first-run copy of the title. Still without a firm release date, the Nintendo 3DS remake is scheduled to launch in early 2015.
Composed by Shoji Meguro and the Atlus sound team, the official soundtrack for Devil Survivor 2 Record Breaker will be given away with all first print copies of the RPG. Meguro has been with Atlus since 1995, and has contributed to the soundtrack of a vast majority of the developer’s games. Everything from Maken X to Persona 4 to Catherine has included some of his musical arrangements.
In addition to the pre-order bonus news, Atlus has also revealed the official English cover art for Devil Survivor 2 Record Breaker. You can take a gander at it below:
Featuring completely relocalized dialogue, I’m excited to see Devil Survivor 2 Record Breaker finally come to North America and Europe. It has been a long time coming since the remake was originally announced in early 2013, and with double the amount of content found in the original release, this should more than satisfy long time fans of the Shin Megami Tensei franchise.
We will continue to have coverage of Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2 Record Breaker in the lead-up to its 2015 release, so stay tuned!
