Sony Will Bring A Killzone Trilogy Set To Retail In Late October

First-person shooter fanatics can look forward to a great offer come October 23, because that's the day that Sony's next PlayStation 3 HD collection set will be released. Combining all three of the series' console releases - two of which are already available for the company's flagship console - the Killzone Trilogy will provide a lot of content for its $39.99 price tag.

First-person shooter fanatics can look forward to a great offer come October 23, because that’s the day that Sony’s next PlayStation 3 HD collection set will be released. Combining all three of the series’ console releases – two of which are already available for the company’s flagship console – the Killzone Trilogy will provide a lot of content for its $39.99 price tag.

For the first time, this frag-filled set will offer the inaugural Killzone title in 720p (high-definition) resolution. In addition to that noted digital makeover, it will also boast full trophy support, allowing fans of the franchise to earn rewards for scoring Helghan headshots.

Also contained inside of the exclusive package, will be free map packs for both Killzone 2 and Killzone 3. They’re listed below:
