If you’re like me, and have been itching for footage from Beenox’s The Amazing Spider-Man 2 video game, then you’re in luck. Earlier today Activision released the title’s first gameplay trailer, which shows everyone’s favourite human spider teaming up with a sharp-sensed hunter named Kraven.
Narrated by the aforementioned stalker, the rather impressive trailer does a good job of setting the scene. Within it, discussion centres around making Spider-Man the best hunter that he can be, so that he can get off the schneid and find the person who killed his beloved Uncle Ben.
Given that The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is headed towards next-gen consoles, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that what’s shown within this trailer looks good. By all means, this particular release should end up being Spidey’s best-looking interactive affair thus far. We’ll have to wait a bit longer though in order to see just how good it looks in action as it’s not expected to web-swing onto our favourite devices until this spring.
