After being on Steam for just over a week, the gothic-noir Steampunk, action-RPG, has already received new content in the form of free DLC. The new Scenario DLC for The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing introduces two new exciting areas that can be accessed during both single and co-operative play. New areas will continue to be added to the Scenario DLC throughout the year and will eventually include “Heroic Deeds,” which are said to boost players “to an even more legendary status,” as they dispatch the monsters that threaten Borgovia.
These new levels promise stronger enemies, that are above the current level 30 maximum, and dynamic new boss fights. New content wouldn’t be the same without shiny new loot though and the Scenario DLC is no exception. NeocoreGames announced that this new content will contain exclusive, unique in-game items that would will bring monsters hunting to a whole new level. These new areas can be accessed from the Secret Lair and are recommended for only the toughest of monster slayers.
The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing already contained a good amount of content on launch, and with the introduction of new, free content this soon, it’s clear that NeocoreGames cares about its community.
