With the tenth anniversary of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas coming up this weekend, Rockstar has detailed how it plans to celebrate the occasion within the most recent iteration of the blockbuster franchise.

Taking to the studio’s dedicated blog, Rockstar outlined a bevy of in-game content that is making its way to Grand Theft Auto Online in the coming days. This commemorative expansion includes t-shirts sporting San Andreas radio stations, a “Throwback Jobs” playlist that will grant players with double cash and reputation points, respectively, as well as discounts across all green coloured clothing — you don’t want to leave your Grove Street partners-in-crime high and dry now, do you?

Rounding things off for the weekend update is the Snapmatic Contest, which will invite users to take selfies beside some of San Andreas’ most notable landmarks to be in with the chance of winning one of five prize packs. To enter, Rockstar has asked players to consult the official terms and conditions over on that aforementioned blog.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas cropped up in the news earlier this week when a leaked Achievement list found on Xbox Live hinted that the game could be in line for a re-release in the near future. If Rockstar were to announce anything official, this weekend would certainly be an opportune time to do so, what with Sunday being the game’s ten-year anniversary.

Ten years. Ten whole years since Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas released on PlayStation 2 and blazed its way to the highest-selling game on the system — a title it still has a hold of to this day. Sure makes you feel old, doesn’t it?

We’ll keep you right up to date with all of the San Andreas-related announcements as they appear. Until then, tell us, will you be jumping back in to Grand Theft Auto Online in an attempt to bag one of those prize packs? Let us know.
