Taking place within a dank and dark kitchen, the footage sees protagonist Galahad confront a bunch of rebels while keeping a low profile through the environment. It’s a vertical slice that bears semblance to The Last of Us, only in this case swapping out the Cordyceps-fuelled apocalypse with Victorian London.

We understand that The Order: 1886 will revolve around the titular task force who make it their bidding to wipe out the supernatural threat that plagues the English capital. And though we don’t see any hint of them within this gameplay clip, those enemies will show up in the form of grotesque, mutated werewolves, and it’s in these segments that the PlayStation 4 exclusive transitions from your average shooter to a tense, survival horror-like experience.

Speaking of which, Ready at Dawn’s latest trailer effectively cements The Order‘s reputation as one of the most visually stunning titles of this young generation. In fact, there’s an innate, filmic quality to the studio’s upcoming shooter, and it’ll be interesting to see whether the core content within the game is on par with its stunning aesthetic.

The Order: 1886 will arrive exclusively for PlayStation 4 on February 20, 2015. For now, be sure to check out the trailer above and let us know if Ready at Dawn’s console shooter is high on your most-anticipated list in the comments.
