UPDATE: Sony has rolled out the remainder of November’s PlayStation Plus line-up, putting any lingering rumors surrounding the PS3 and PS Vita offerings to bed. They are as follows, and they’ll each be available on PlayStation Store from Tuesday, November 3:
Magicka 2 (PS4)
The Walking Dead Season 2 (PS4)
Dragon Fin Soup (PS4, PS3, PS Vita)
Beyond Good and Evil (PS3)
Mass Effect 2 (PS3)
Invizimals (PSP)
Original Story: As we approach the end of the month – and the ghosts and ghouls begin to roam the streets for All Hallow’s Eve – Sony has detailed two of the games headed to the PlayStation Plus Instant Game Collection during the month of November, though there’s oddly no mention of what software will be available for either PlayStation 3 or PlayStation Vita.
Kicking things off is the sophomore installment in Teltale’s acclaimed episodic adventure series, The Walking Dead: Season Two, which will be rubbing shoulders with Paradox’s action title Magicka 2. This is the first time that Sony has rolled out the PlayStation Plus news on a platform by platform basis, though we’ll keep you updated – and whether the novel Vote to Play system will be returning – as this story develops.
November’s PlayStation Plus catalogue – for PlayStation 4, at least – will go live on the Instant Game Collection of the PlayStation Store on Tuesday, November 3. That’s also when Sony plans to pull October’s line-up, so if you’ve yet to download the likes of Broken Age and Super Meat Boy – replete with its reworked soundtrack – you have until then to add said titles to your download queue.
