This quick sequence is a minor victory for the Avengers, as Carol Danvers’ sudden appearance happens to provide these evidently bushed heroes with a bit more optimism and inner strength. If the glossy destruction wasn’t gratifying enough though, then behold the endearing moment when Carol meets Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland) as well.  “Hi…I’m Peter Parker,” he says. And a stern Captain Marvel lightheartedly responds: “Hey Peter Parker.”

Of course, Avengers: Endgame is a monumental blockbuster in itself, scoring a whopping $2.791 billion at the box office and counting, and acting as the defining conclusion for several Marvel characters. But this Captain Marvel entrance is easily one of the most crowd-pleasing segments of the film and we’re glad to be able to watch it over and over again now.

Avengers: Endgame is hitting Digital HD on July 30th and will then make its way to Blu-ray and DVD on August 13th. In the meantime, feel free to enjoy this, and all the other clips that have hit the web recently and relive what was without a doubt one of 2019’s best films. After all, it’s going to be an awful long time before we get another MCU movie, with Black Widow not arriving in theaters until May 1st, 2020.
