Avengers: Infinity War Exhibit Reveals Detailed Look At Iron Spider, Hulkbuster And More

A brand new exhibit in Hong Kong for Avengers: Infinity War shows off many of the film's costumes in great detail, including the Iron Spider.

Ever since the end of Spider-Man: Homecoming saw Tony Stark unveil an upgraded suit for Peter Parker, fans have been curious to see more of the Iron Spider armor in Avengers: Infinity War. And while it has been glimpsed in promos and various tie-in merchandise, a new exhibit in Hong Kong gives us a fantastic look at the suit in all its glory, complete with those mechanical spider leg-like appendages.

For those who don’t know, the Iron Spider was initially created for the comics back in 2006, after Tony made it for Peter once he’d brought the web-slinger under his wing. Spidey wore it for a while, until he defected from Iron Man’s side to Cap’s team in the Civil War conflict, whereupon he returned to his traditional look.

On the page, the Iron Spider armor had a red and gold colour scheme, much like Iron Man’s suit. However, as you can see in the gallery below, the Marvel Cinematic Universe version is still mostly that classic Spidey red and blue, although it does feature some black and gold detailing.

Of course, it’s not only Peter’s new costume that we get a look at here, as this exhibit also shows off the Hulkbuster, Black Panther‘s upgraded suit and even Iron Man’s Model-Prime armor. From what we can tell, it appears that Tony will be equipped with jets and even a blaster of some sort on his arm. Perhaps it’s a rocket launcher?

Whatever it is, it’s a good thing he’s got it. Because make no mistake about it, with his Black Order and a fully-powered Infinity Gauntlet, the Mad Titan is all set to be the biggest, baddest threat that Spidey and co. have ever faced. And with Avengers: Infinity War being positioned as a hugely significant film for the franchise, you can bet that there’ll be some casualties along the way. In fact, Joe Russo confirmed as much the other day.
