New Avengers: Infinity War Promo Art Features Cap, Black Widow And Falcon

As anticipation continues to mount for the very first Avengers: Infinity War trailer, which will apparently be here before the year's end, fans are understandably eager for just about anything from the film that they can get their hands on. Unfortunately though, there hasn't been much. At least, not in the way of official material. But what we have seen a bit of is promo art.

As anticipation continues to mount for the very first Avengers: Infinity War trailer, which will apparently be here before the year’s end, fans are understandably eager for just about anything from the film that they can get their hands on. Unfortunately though, there hasn’t been much. At least, not in the way of official material. But what we have seen a bit of is promo art.

In fact, that’s exactly what we’ve got for you today, as a new piece has surfaced that shows off some of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes in all their glory. Seen in the gallery below are Captain America, Black Widow and Falcon, with the first two sporting their new looks for the film. Anthony Mackie’s Sam Wilson, meanwhile, appears mostly the same as the last time we saw him, but fans will no doubt appreciate getting a glimpse of the trio regardless.

Like we said, as far as official promo material goes, Marvel has really been holding back and so, it’s understandable that people are hungry for anything they can find. There’s nothing particularly noteworthy about what we have here, especially since we’ve already seen art of all three of these characters, but it’s certainly better than nothing, right?

Though we’re still waiting on a date for that first trailer, what we can tell you at the moment is that Joe and Anthony Russo’s landmark event movie is currently on course for a release on May 4th, 2018, and it’ll herald the advent of Josh Brolin’s Mad Titan and his squadron of galactic accomplices.

Yes, after much foreshadowing, we know Thanos to be the primary antagonist of the Russo Brothers’ ensemble piece, who wages an Infinity War to bring ‘balance’ back to the universe. Standing in his way are Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, along with some of their newfound allies: Spider-Man, for one, along with the Guardians of the Galaxy, Black Panther, and even Loki, who appeared to be holding the Tesseract in that leaked teaser trailer.

Packed to the rafters with scene-stealing chemistry and “intense surprises,” Avengers: Infinity War is now less than a year away, while the fourth, so-far untitled Avengers film will follow it in May of 2019, by which point viewers will be acquainted with Brie Larson’s Carol Danvers and her ’90s-set origin story. March 8th, 2019 is the date for your diaries for that one.
