But even at two minutes in length, there are those who feared Infinity War had revealed too much, too soon, particularly when fans began speculating on the respective fates of their on-screen favorites. Last we checked, Vision, Iron Man and Drax the Destroyer were all at risk of being bumped off early, though we imagine Joe and Anthony Russo will save most, if not all of the major characters deaths until Avengers 4 arrives next year.

It seems that even a fear of spoilers hasn’t stopped people, though, as the trailer continues to rack up views at an alarming rate and is now on track to smash through another record. After becoming the most viewed trailer in 24 hours, it looks like the first preview for Infinity War may also become the most viewed trailer of all-time.

Before we continue, we should note that this only applies to a single YouTube channel, meaning we’re not taking into account the total amount of views the teaser has racked up across every channel that uploaded it. With that in mind, the current record holder is Sing, which has 132 million views. Infinity War, meanwhile, is closing in on the animated flick with a whopping 120 million views. And there’s still about 3 months to go before the pic releases, meaning it’ll definitely surpass Sing when all is said and done.

Make no mistake about it, folks, Avengers: Infinity War is shaping up to be the must-see event movie of 2018, one that’ll likely blow past all other blockbusters on the box office charts. It’s also poised to open a few short weeks before the arrival of Solo: A Star Wars Story (May 25th), so we’re intrigued to see how that one shakes out.
