So, now that we’re within reaching distance, it seems as though we’re getting treated to new TV spots and featurettes by the day. Obviously, today will be no different, as the marketing machine keeps chugging along with yet another brief video package that you should be seeing on the small screen at any moment.

In this instance, we get a few more flashes of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes going off into battle, with the narrator delivering the bold promise of the “cinematic event of a lifetime.” To be frank, that’s a lot to live up to, but everything we’ve thus far seen has teased the scope of which we’ve rarely seen outside of comic books and animation. That said, this should be a dream come true for True Believers the world over.

Still, we can’t help but wonder how the landscape will be changed following the film’s events. In fact, the ending is such a closely guarded secret that not even Robert Downey Jr. – Iron Man himself and the person whom many view as being the ambassador to the MCU – knows how it concludes!

The Russos recently had this to say about those closely guarded secrets:

“We can divulge nothing at this point. We worked really hard to protect the secrets of the movie because this is the end of 10 years of storytelling and I think a lot of people [have] emotionally invested quite a bit into the Marvel Universe so we want to make sure they have the best experience they can have when they go in to see the movie.”

“We wrote fake pages for the script, we distributed fake pages. None of the actors have actually read the entire script, the real script. Very few people actually know what’s going to happen in the movie.”

All will be revealed when Avengers: Infinity War opens in theaters on April 27.
