With Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice just a couple of months away now, it’s time for the marketing machine to kick into high gear. We got a new, full-length trailer not too long ago, and today, we have the first official TV spot, which teases a sure to be epic confrontation between the titular heroes.
Though only 30 seconds long, the all too brief spot sees Bats drop the “Do you bleed?” line after Supes sends the Batmobile spinning out of control. The whole thing has a very dark and almost scary tone to it, especially when it comes to how the Caped Crusader is being portrayed.
[zergpaid]It’s a different, but welcome change to what we’re used to from the character and I’m definitely excited to see how Affleck’s take on the iconic hero will pan out. Though Big Ben certainly has his haters, we’re feeling pretty confident right about now in his ability to perhaps deliver the best version of a big screen Batman yet.
Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice arrives in theatres on March 25th and stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Jesse Eisenberg, Holly Hunter, Diane Lane and Laurence Fishburne, among others.
