Despite the fact that it comes out this November, which really isn’t too far away now, we still don’t know a whole lot about Marvel’s Doctor Strange. Sure, we’ve seen a trailer and a few bits of information have trickled out here and there, but for the most part, the Scott Derrickson-helmed film has been shrouded in secrecy.
That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but given that this will be Marvel’s first real venture into the more magical/cosmic side of their cinematic universe, fans are no doubt eager to see what’s in store for them. Thankfully, Comic-Con is just around the corner now and with the cast set to make an appearance, we’ll definitely be getting something substantial next week.
Until then, though, check out the new poster that was spotted by an eagle eyed Twitter user below, as it features Benedict Cumberbatch standing tall as the Sorcerer Supreme. It’s a low-res shot, but I imagine once Comic-Con rolls around we’ll be seeing something a bit more official.
