Cinemaholics #44: Star Wars: The Last Jedi Review

Set your blasters to "stunned," because the Cinemaholics have officially seen Star Wars: The Last Jedi and have plenty of thoughts to share. Fans and critics have been as divided on this new film as the First Order and the Resistance themselves, as some hail director Rian Johnson as a fresh new visionary for the Star Wars saga and others...not so much. Check out this week's Cinemaholics to find out where we stand.

Fans and critics have been as divided on this new film as the First Order and the Resistance themselves, as some hail director Rian Johnson as a fresh new visionary for the Star Wars saga and others…not so much. Check out this week’s Cinemaholics below to find out where we stand.

To kick off the show, we start with an overview of the entire Star Wars series (on the big screen) to date, from The Phantom Menace all the way to Rogue One. Special attention was given to Star Wars: The Force Awakens, too, the set up chapter for The Last Jedi, but we avoid all spoilers until the end of the show. Also, if you’re still itching for more opinions, be sure to read fellow Cinemaholic Matt Donato’s official review of The Last Jedi for WGTC.
