With the majority of the urban landscape now under quarantine, Endgame picks up at a time when Chase Carter – played once again by Jesse Metcalfe, who reprises his lead role from Watchtower – begins to unearth disconcerting details relating to a massive cover-up that could go a ways to explaining the origins of the zombie virus running rampant in the city.

The truth, however, is far worse, when our chainsaw-wielding hero uncovers the government’s scorched earth approach to dealing with the zombie epidemic – one that will seemingly bring an end to the mutated infection at the cost of millions of innocent lives. On board to postpone the apocalypse are Billy Zane, Dennis Haysbert, Marie Avgeropoulos, Jessica Harmon, Keegan Connor Tracy, Ian Tracey, Victor Webster, Camille Sullivan and Patrick Sabongui.

Dead Rising: Endgame is pegged to premiere via Crackle on June 20.
