With production on The Expendables 3 about to get going in just under a week, producer Boaz Davidson has posted the official cast line-up on his Facebook page, confirming just who we’ll see in Sylvester Stallone’s third testosterone-fuelled outing.
According to Davidson, here’s who will be showing up:

- Jason Statham
- Harrison Ford
- Mel Gibson
- Dolph Lundgren
- Wesley Snipes
- Jet Li
- Randy Couture
- Antonio Banderas
- Ronda Rousey
- Terry Crews
- Arnold Schwarzenegger
- Victor Ortiz
- Kellan Lutz
Not a bad line-up, though it does raise some questions. Stallone had said that he wanted to include more females in the cast and right now, it’s looking very male heavy. On that note, there’s no mention of Milla Jovovich either, who was said to be in talks for a part. Also missing are Jackie Chan and Nicolas Cage, who were all but confirmed earlier in the year.
Seeing as this isn’t official confirmation from the studio, and there still is some time left to lock down deals, more names can still be added. Still, even as is, that’s a solid cast. We have no doubt that Stallone is putting together another explosive action flick for us and we can’t wait to see how it all comes together. I’ve really enjoyed both Expendable films thus far and am eager to see what Sly has up his sleeve for the third one.
