Just yesterday, Michael K. Williams, Matt Walsh and Andy Garcia boarded Sony’s Ghostbusters reboot, which Paul Feig is directing as a starring vehicle for Kristen Wiig and Melissa McCarthy. And now, the anticipated pic has zeroed in on its lead non-supernatural baddie: Saturday Night Live alum Neil Casey.

Feig has a history with the actor, having cast him in the Yahoo! original series Other Space. Casey also has a history scribing for SNL, where Ghostbusters leads Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones all got their starts (McCarthy, meanwhile, has been a prominent guest host on the sketch comedy show). His character is being kept under wraps for now, but Deadline reports the villain’s name is Rowan.

Filming is already underway on the Ghostbusters reboot, which picks up with Wiig as a disgraced academic who begins busting ghosts with an old acquaintance (McCarthy) she penned a book about spooks with years prior. The pair’s love of all things supernatural pays off big time when a ghost invasion of New York City gets under way. Feig wrote the script with Annie Dippold.

In addition to the core four, Ghostbusters features Chris Hemsworth as the Ghostbusters’ secretary. It’s expected to launch a new franchise for Sony, which is hoping to create a cinematic universe related to the property (albeit one without Channing Tatum, apparently).

Ghostbusters opens July 22, 2016.
