Pitting the iconic Aston Martin against the raw power of a Jaguar C-X75 – driven by Bautista’s big bad, Mr. Hinx – the footage is a wonderful peek behind the curtain at what goes on during a Bond production, and how the crew bring the scene to life on set. “It’s amazing. It’s one of those scenes that’s going to be very iconic. Just with the two cars racing through the streets of Rome – I mean, how often do you see that? It’s one of those things you only see in a James Bond film.”

At the time of writing, Spectre‘s plot is, as you’d expect, shrouded in mystery. Christoph Waltz continues to deny his would-be iconic role as Blofeld, instead settling into the villainous and enigmatic Oberhauser, while Mendes’ sequel also sees the likes of Monica Bellucci as Lucia Sciarra, Lea Seydoux as Madeline Swann, Stephanie Sigman as Estrella and Andrew Scott join the star-studded cast.

Spectre will release first in the UK on October 23 before heading Stateside in time for November 6. Until then, you can share your early impressions of Sam Mendes’ anticipated sequel below.
