Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2 Trailer Gets The LEGO Treatment

James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 isn't too far off now, with the film set to blast into theatres on May 5th, 2017. Surprisingly, however, we've seen very little from it. That may just be because Marvel wants to keep the spotlight on Doctor Strange for the time being - and we wouldn't blame them given how well it's performing - but fans are definitely eager to see more of the upcoming sequel.

The most substantial thing we’ve had thus far is a teaser trailer which hit a while back, and while far too brief for our liking, it did provide us with a fair bit to chew on as we await the first full-length preview. From what we can tell so far, we’re in for another wild space set adventure that, despite the reshoots that are currently underway, will more than likely turn out to be every bit as enjoyable as its predecessor was.

As we wait for Gunn to drop the first theatrical trailer (which will apparently be with us before the end of the year), it’s little goodies like the video above that keep us going. As you can see, a talented YouTuber has re-created the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2 teaser in LEGO.

This is far from the first time something like this has been done, of course, but it’s always amusing to watch our favorite films be brought to life in the format. Not to mention that this one is particularly well made and will no doubt bring a smile to the face of any fan who checks it out.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 zooms into theatres on May 5th, 2017 and will arrive packing a cast that boasts Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Kurt Russell, Sylvester Stallone, Bradley Cooper, Karen Gillan and more.
