Despite whether or not you enjoyed Tom Six‘s ass-to-mouth cult film The Human Centipede (First Sequence) or its meta-sequel The Human Centipede II (Full Sequence), all eyes are on Six and how he can honestly shock us yet again with another rousing tale of human sewing and poo eating in his upcoming film The Human Centipede III (Final Sequence).

Original baddie Dieter Laser was approached to return to the threequal after Laurence R. Harvey fantasized about a 12-person centipede as an obsessed fan in the sequel, but unfortunately a nasty lawsuit was brought up by Six claiming that Laser had breached his contract. The two remained at odds, a few fans sulked hearing the sad news, and the rest of the world moved on.

Well, for those crazed psychopaths who love everything Human Centipede and adore Laser’s insect obsessed evil doctor character, do I have good news for you! The lawsuit between Laser and Six has been resolved, and he’s officially signed on to The Human Centipede III (Final Sequence)! I know most of you won’t bat an eyelash at such genre specific news, but hey, for those that do care, congratulations? Bloody Disgusting provided a statement from both Laser and Six which reads:

Laser comments on the lawsuit, “I never ever would have thought that all our differences and misunderstandings would in the end lead to an even deeper and warmer understanding and appreciation of each other. In this regard I am actually thankful about the whole fuss because it turned out to be an advantage and a wonderful present for our film and for our friendship.” Six adds, “I am very happy Dieter will follow my vision for a full 100% now and know he is absolutely the most brilliant actor I could wish for.

But wait, the good/weird news doesn’t stop there. Not only has Six confirmed Laser is on board, along with past villain Laurence R. Harvey, but the two will team up for some super-evil mouth to anus worshipping duo to provide completely new antagonists. No word on how different the roles will be, but for anyone who saw The Human Centipede II (Full Sequence), which in the words of Biggie “was all a dream,” there’s no telling how batshit Six is willing to go.

Oh wait, yes there is. In The Human Centipede III (Final Sequence), you can expect a 500+ human centipede, and Six himself is teasing a “big American celebrity” will be involved in the process. You thought 12 people was bad last time around? Go ahead, just try fathoming a screen filled with people crawling in one stinky conga line, and just try inserting your favorite celebrity right in the middle.

Alright, let’s get serious, there’s no way our interpretation of “big American celebrity” will mirror Six’s, as I imagine some B-Movie horror star making a cameo at the most. But, I mean, a 500+ human centipede?

I haven’t liked either film very much, not understanding the sick fetish Six chooses to bring to life, but hell, you know I’ll be catching his third flick when it comes out on Video On Demand, subjecting my friends to another night of stomach churning cinema. Whether we like it or not, The Human Centipede III (Final Sequence) is happening, and at least some familiar faces are returning. I mean, could it really be any worse? Ugh, I don’t even want to ask.
