Now that Star Wars: The Force Awakens is out in theaters and the lid on its secrets has finally been lifted, more and more information about the movie is being revealed from various sources. One of those is director of photography Dan Mindel, who has now shared some awesome new behind the scenes images from the set of J.J. Abrams’ blockbuster.
Offering a fascinating look at the making of many key scenes in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, these are definitely the kind of photos which would make for a great coffee table book, similar to the recently released “Art of” collection. Plus, with these now out in the wild, you can expect even more to arrive in the near future.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens has been a critical and commercial hit, breaking multiple box office records and winning the approval of moviegoers everywhere. Things could have gone very wrong (just look at what happened with the prequels), but Abrams pulled it all off and these photos give us a bit of a look into all the care and love that went into making this film a reality.
