Our first proper look at The Incredibles 2 is fast approaching. Fans of the beloved Pixar superhero movie, which was released back in 2004, have been waiting 14 years for the sequel and, at long last, the first full trailer has now been confirmed to arrive this Wednesday, during the Winter Olympics coverage.

Ahead of that, though, a new poster for the movie has landed online today. It’s only a teaser and doesn’t feature the actual family, but it does give us a fun image showing the Parrs’ cast-off super-suits thrown into a clothes basket. “Back to work,” reads the caption.

The poster could also be an in-joke for fans of The Incredibles to pick up on. When fashion designer Edna Mode is showing Helen Parr the family’s new suits in the first film, she says: “And machine washable, dahling, that’s a new feature.” Proving how popular she is, Mode herself recently got her own one-sheet for the movie.

Though this poster teases the family getting back to work, The Incredibles 2 will actually pick up right where the original left off. You might remember that it ended with a supervillain known as the Underminer (played by Pixar stalwart John Ratzenberger) arriving to subjugate Metroville. From what we understand, the Incredibles’ ensuing battle with the baddie will form the exciting opening set piece of the sequel.

From thereon in, the pic will then shift the focus to Holly Hunter’s Helen Parr as she assumes the role of the main superhero of the family and Bob agrees to stay home and look after the kids. A synopsis released a few weeks ago teased that Helen would work with PR gurus Winston and Evelyn Deavor (Bob Odenkirk and Catherine Keener) as well, to help boost the public image of supers – but can she trust them?

We’ll find out when The Incredibles 2 smashes into theaters on June 15th.
