Kathryn Bigelow’s Black Ops Film About The Hunt For Osama?

Kathryn Bigelow and her co-writer Mark Boal, have two projects that they are currently hard at work on. Both sound very promising. The first is Triple Frontier, which is attracting some pretty big name actors, including, but not limited to Tom Hanks, Denzel Washington, Will Smith, Javier Bardem and Sean Penn. The other project is an untitled 'Black Ops' thriller. It's going to be a smaller budget film (around $10 million) and although nothing else is really known about it, Variety is telling us that sources close to the project say that it will revolve around the hunt for Osama Bin Laden.

There is no word on which will shoot first but either way, a Kathryn Bigelow film is a Kathryn Bigelow film. I’m excited for both of them as they both look very promising. I’m positive both will turn out to be great movies and we’ll be sure to keep you updated on any news regarding either film.
