As one would expect, each of these new promotional pieces center around the franchise’s leading star, Katniss Everdeen, as she looks to spearhead an uprising from the long-lost District 13. Defiant, battle-ready and dressed in blood-red attire, there’s no doubting the impact of the posters, as Francis Lawrence’s conclusive chapter looks to bring the curtain down on this most successful YA franchise.

For Mockingkay – Part 2, Katniss will take the fight to the Capitol and, in particular, President Snow himself, as she looks to upend those in power and establish a new era of peace across all of the Districts. With the award-winning Jennifer Lawrence reprising her role as the fan-favorite heroine, the sequel will be rounded out by Liam Hemsworth, Josh Hutcherson, Julianne Moore, Elizabeth Banks, Woodly Harrelson and Donald Sutherland as the devious, wholly corrupt President.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 will bring Lionsgate’s lucrative blockbuster series to a close – or will it? – when Katniss’ final chapter makes its bow on November 20.

With the nation of Panem in a full scale war, Katniss confronts President Snow (Donald Sutherland) in the final showdown. Teamed with a group of her closest friends – including Gale (Liam Hemsworth), Finnick (Sam Claflin), and Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) – Katniss goes off on a mission with the unit from District 13 as they risk their lives to stage an assassination attempt on President Snow who has become increasingly obsessed with destroying her. The mortal traps, enemies, and moral choices that await Katniss will challenge her more than any arena she faced in The Hunger Games.
