Killing Them Softly Theatrical Poster Shows Brad Pitt And His Shotgun

Released today is the theatrical poster for Andrew Dominik's upcoming film Killing Them Softly, which doesn't show off a whole lot aside from a badass Brad Pitt holding his shotgun. Considering there's some other very talented individuals in this cast (James Gandolfini, Richard Jenkins and Ray Liotta among others), it's a shame that the poster only shows off Pitt.

Acting as a follow up to the critically acclaimed Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford, Killing Them Softly has a lot riding on it. Early reviews are pretty positive and Andrew Dominik has more than impressed with his previous two films. People are expecting a lot from this one but judging from everything we’ve seen so far, it will likely live up to expectations.

With Killing Them Softly, he’ll once again be teaming with leading man Brad Pitt to bring to us a gritty crime tale that should have no problem picking up some trophies on the awards circuit come the Fall.

Set to release on October 19th, Killing Them Softly is definitely one to look forward to. And, as you wait patiently for it to hit theatres, you can check out the poster below.
