What’s interesting about the suit is the way it both pays homage to the comic books and improves upon the classic character’s appearance. The wings, for example, aren’t too different (but definitely updated in terms of technology), while The Vulture’s jacket has a collar which is definitely similar to what we’re used to seeing from Adrian Toomes in the source material.

However, Spider-Man: Homecoming is going to really shake things up by giving the villain a helmet and claws, which further emphasize his bird like appearance. That should also make him an even more formidable threat to the wall-crawler, and if nothing else, we can probably safely assume that the movie’s fight scenes will be something very special indeed.

When we’ll get our first official look at The Vulture in Spider-Man: Homecoming beyond this and the previously released concept art remains to be seen, but with the reboot set to reach the big screen next July, it’s likely Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures will show us something before 2016 is over. At least, we sure hope they do.
