Yes, the rumor mill for Star Wars: The Last Jedi is operating at full tilt, and with nine kinds of theories already ricocheting off the walls of the Internet, fans are doing everything they can to ensure nothing gets spoiled before the big day – which isn’t too far away now. Of course, we’re referring to Dec 15th, which is when Episode VIII will blast into theaters and answer most – but not all – of our questions.

On that note, one thing that fans have been curious about for a while now is which classic characters might be making a surprise appearance in the film. From Yoda to Obi-Wan and even Anakin, numerous people have been rumored to be showing up in The Last Jedi and while nothing’s been confirmed just yet, Mark Hamill may have let slip a pretty big spoiler via the Tweet below.

Yes, it would appear that the actor just confirmed Yoda for Rian Johnson’s upcoming film. That, or he’s trolling us all. Though given that we’ve already heard countless rumors about the character having a part to play in Episode VIII, we’re inclined to believe that Hamill slipped up here and revealed what’s sure to be just one of many unexpected cameos. Of course, we could be wrong, but something tells us there’s a very good chance we’ll be seeing the legendary Jedi Master on the big screen once again this Friday.

Breathe. Just…breathe, as Star Wars: The Last Jedi is almost upon us. December 15th is the date for your diaries, and word is Lucasfilm’s sequel is staring down the face of a $200m-plus opening weekend in North America, which would ensure the last Jedi is about to become a very rich Jedi.
