Mark Ruffalo’s Teasing The Avengers: Infinity War Trailer On Social Media

At the moment, there are two things that moviegoers want more than almost anything else in the world: Zack Snyder's cut of Justice League, and the first trailer for Avengers: Infinity War. Truthfully, it's tough to say which is in higher demand, and while we still don't know if the former even exists, the latter is definitely out there, and it'll be with us real soon. How soon, you ask? Well, if the Russo brothers are to be believed, it could arrive on December 3rd.

Admittedly, that remains unconfirmed by the studio, but here to add even more fuel to the fire is not so savvy social media user Mark Ruffalo, who plays Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The actor, who recently and accidentally leaked the first 10 minutes of Thor: Ragnarok onto Instagram, took to Twitter earlier today to drop the following tease: Something big is coming.

Cryptic and brief, it doesn’t take a genius to figure out what he’s referring to. Sure, he doesn’t exactly spell it out, but it’s clear that he’s talking about the much anticipated first trailer for Infinity War. And while he unfortunately doesn’t give us any idea of when to expect it, like we said above, December 3rd is what’s being reported across the four corners of the internet, and it’s what we’ll stick with for now.

With any luck, we’ll know more by the end of the week, as it looks like the promotional campaign for the superhero extravaganza is now in full swing, which means Marvel will finally start to peel back the lid on what’s without a doubt their most ambitious film yet. That means we can expect photos, footage and more as we head into the new year, and given what we know about the pic so far, we can’t wait to see all that!

Packed to the rafters with scene-stealing chemistry and “intense surprises,” Avengers: Infinity War is quickly approaching, while the fourth, so-far untitled Avengers film will follow it in May of 2019, by which point viewers will be acquainted with Brie Larson’s Carol Danvers and her ’90s-set origin story. March 8th, 2019 is the date for your diaries for that one.
