Everybody, and we do mean everybody, wants a piece of Mr. Michael B. Jordan. He’s been linked to almost every upcoming blockbuster in Hollywood and with recent confirmation that he’ll be leading Fox’s Fantastic Four reboot, he’s hotter than ever right now. He’s so hot, in fact, that he’s currently in talks for another superhero role. According to Latino Review, Jordan has met with Zack Snyder to discuss a part in Batman vs. Superman.

Don’t get too excited just yet though, as we doubt that this will actually happen. Now that he’s signed on for Fantastic Four it would be difficult to see him landing a role in DC’s universe as well. Still, it’s interesting to hear that he’s had a meeting. What’s more interesting though is that the role that Snyder wants him for is said to be a recurring one. Apparently, it won’t be a large part in Batman vs. Superman but will be expanded on in future DC Comics films.

Without confirmation from the studio or an official source, this is strictly a rumor for now. Plus, even if it is true, just because he’s had a meeting it doesn’t mean that he’s going to come on board. As I mentioned above, the actor has taken meetings for every major film that’s currently undergoing the casting process right now. Star Wars: Episode VII, Jurassic World, ID Forever Part I – Jordan has supposedly had meetings for all of those projects and more. So again, this meeting could very well mean nothing.

Regardless, there’s no denying that Michael B. Jordan is red hot right now and Hollywood is currently grooming him to be their next superstar. Whether he ends up in Batman vs. Superman or not, he undoubtedly has a very bright future ahead of him and we can’t wait to see where he appears next.
